Information collected
Renova Residential LLC may collect information you voluntarily submit, including your name, email address, telephone number, property address, project description and related photographs or documents.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, organize customer intake, coordinate communication with an appropriate independent service provider, prepare or transmit provider-approved proposals and maintain business records.
Service-provider disclosure
Renova Residential LLC provides marketing, customer intake, proposal administration and communication coordination. Renova is not the construction contractor under the current operating model. Construction services are offered, contracted, performed, invoiced and warranted by independently owned service providers identified in the applicable customer agreement.
Information sharing
Project information may be shared with an independent service provider when reasonably necessary to evaluate the concern, prepare a proposal or coordinate the requested service. Renova does not sell personal information to advertisers.
