For homeowners

A clearer way to
plan your project.

Finding the right contractor should not feel like a full-time job. Renova helps you understand your project, organize your options, and move forward with greater confidence.

For homeowners

Less confusion. Better-organized decisions.

Finding the right contractor should not feel like a full-time job. Between comparing estimates, checking experience, following up, and trying to understand what is actually included, the process can quickly become frustrating.

Renova helps make it easier. We take the time to understand your project, organize your options, and connect you with contractors whose experience fits the work you need. Our goal is to help you move forward with more clarity, less stress, and greater confidence.

What Renova does

A more informed homeowner at every decision point.

Renova helps you organize information and communicate effectively while you remain in control of contractor selection, approvals, contracts, and payments.

01

Project clarity

Organize your goals, priorities, questions, desired outcomes, and the information contractors need to understand the project.

02

Proposal comparison

Compare scope, exclusions, allowances, pricing structure, payment schedules, permit responsibility, projected timing, and warranty terms.

03

Communication support

Maintain a decision log, organize open questions, coordinate administrative follow-up, and keep important conversations documented.

04

Project records

Organize proposals, contracts, invoices, selections, change orders, visible-progress photos, inspection records, manuals, and warranties.

For homeowners

Less confusion. Better-organized decisions.

Clear boundaries

Renova supports the owner. The contractor remains responsible for construction.

Important service distinction

Renova does not hire or direct contractors, control construction means or sequencing, approve workmanship, pull permits as the contractor, receive construction payments, or issue construction warranties. The homeowner contracts with and pays each construction provider directly.

Typical workflow

From uncertainty to an organized decision.

01

Consult

We understand the project, current information, and the decisions creating uncertainty.

02

Organize

We structure documents, proposals, questions, and decision criteria.

03

Review

We identify material differences, missing information, and items requiring clarification.

04

Support

You make the decisions while Renova maintains the administrative record and follow-up.

Common questions

Owner advisory, explained.

Does Renova choose the contractor for me?

No. Renova can organize information, compare proposals, and help you prepare questions. The homeowner makes the final selection and contracts directly with the contractor.

Can Renova inspect or approve the construction?

Renova may document visible progress and homeowner concerns, but it does not perform code inspections, certify workmanship, or accept construction on the homeowner’s behalf.

Who pays the contractor?

The homeowner pays the contractor directly under the homeowner-contractor agreement. Renova’s advisory fee is separate.

Can Renova help with an existing project?

Yes. Renova can organize existing records, open questions, invoices, change orders, selections, and communication, provided the service remains administrative and advisory.

Bring order to the next step

Start with the documents and questions you already have.

Renova will review the situation and recommend an appropriate advisory scope.
